ZIPPY values the rights and interests of employees and is committed to providing accessible communication channels in order to integrate all resources and employee feedback, thereby improving internal deficiencies. ZIPPY is committed to establishing a friendly working environment through raising the gender awareness and the prevention of sexual harassment and workplace violence. It is the responsibility of all employees to help ensure that the working environment is free from these threats. We also formulated the "Communication Management Procedures," and established grievance channels to ensure victims receive support for lawsuits of workplace violence and sexual harassment. If the complaint is substantiated, the HR department may refer to ZIPPY's internal policies and impose sanctions according to the severity of the case. If the fact involves criminal liability, the Legal department may also refer the matter to the judicial authorities.
Regular department meetings and educational sessions on legal knowledge are conducted to facilitate two-way communication between the company authority and employees, as a basis for improvements and to provide a better working environment.
