We have partnered with the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) to accept shareholders’ digital signature applications for stock-related matters through the eCounter platform. For other services not yet available online, please continue to submit paper applications with original seals to our stock transfer agent, the Transfer Agency Department of SinoPac Securities.
