9 If the Company assess the independence of CPA periodically?
The company's audit committee evaluates the independence and competency of its Certified Public Accountant every year. In addition to requiring the Certified Public Accountant to provide "Declaration of Detachment of Independence" and "Audit Quality Indicators (AQIs)", it also follows the standards of the Accountant's Independence Assessment Standards and AQI indicators for evaluation.
It is confirmed that the accountant has no other financial interests and business relationships with the company except for fees for visas and financial and tax cases. The accountant's family members do not violate the independence requirements. With reference to the AQI indicator information, it is confirmed that the accountant and the firm have good experience and experience in auditing. The number of training hours is better than the industry average.
The evaluation results of the most recent year were discussed and approved by the Audit Committee on November 8, 2023, and reported to the Board of Directors on November 8, 2023, which approved the assessment of the independence and competency of the accountants.

The shareholder’s dividend was determined by the resolution of shareholder’s
meeting. The distribution date of stock dividend or cash dividend should be
approved by Securities and Future Commission, Ministry of Finance then the Board
of Directors should decide the follow-up matters. After 30 days of the capital
change and registration these will be approved by Securities and Future
Commission.
The new stocks should be issued to the market. Before one day of the Ex-dividend
date, the shareholders owned the stock share have the right to get the dividend.
