1983	Establishment of Zippy Technology Corp. with a capitalization of NT$2 million and involved in the design, manufacturing and distribution of micro switches.
1993	Set-up of Power Supplies Division to be engaged in the design and manufacturing of power supplies for servers.
1996	Listed on the OTC market in May.
2000	Transfer to Taiwan Stock Exchange from the OTC market
2001	Completion of the facilities in Shinhau Electronics (Dongguan) in China, with a total floor space of 27,485 square meters.
2002	Completion of the factory facilities in Shulin, Taiwan.
2008	A cash injection to bring the capitalization to NT$156 million.
2010	Dedication to the design of eco-friendly products and the improvement of product performances; certification with 80Plus Gold, able to meet the ERP Directives on energy consumption of power supplies.
